Go to the App Store. The wait is finally over! Windscribe for Apple TV is finally here.
It’s working for me!
And I’m also able to connect through the app interface
managed to connect easily, is it possible not to block ads on the YouTube app when connected to windscribe?
In the U.S. Besides Netflix, which other streaming services have alternate offerings in other countries?
I couldn’t log in with my username, password, etc. but I was able to use windscribe.com/lazy to get on.
Edit: The app connects via the Network Settings in Apple TV, but not through the App Interface. In case this helps anyone else out.
Mine’s not connecting though. It’s funny how their code base for macOS, iOS, and Apple TV are all different. My iPhone connects to only one protocol whereas my Mac connects to another, and the Apple TV connects to none.
I have the test version. It was working for me.
I don’t have an Apple TV, now ill get one just for this app.
It says no internet connection when you try to connect both from the app and network settings. Something seems to be off on my side.
I’ve already switched to NordVpn
What do you mean about connecting through network setting? I downloaded windscribe and logged in. What wife would i need to do?
Could you create a support ticket and send the app log from within the app when it doesn’t work correctly?
Did you try reinstalling the app? And have you rebooted the Apple TV?
This worked for me thank you!! Any ides how to get pluto.tv to work with the app enabled on appletv?
Well if you can connect through the app interface, then you’re set. If yours is buggy like mine, go to your Apple TV settings >> network >> VPN. From there, choose Windscribe and turn on the On-Demand connection. That’s how mine is working so far.
I have sent in a support ticket, but will create a support ticket as well.
No, I haven’t. Will give it a try and see what happens. When I try to turn on the on-demand connection, it also turns off immediately.
Don’t make another one if you already have. Could I have the existing ticket number please?
I should clarify that you must first initiate a connection through the app. Once it fails, quit the app and then try it in the Apple TV network settings. That’s been my workaround.
I haven’t made a ticket. I just sent a log. I can create a ticket if need be.
