Can't access the Internet via Outline

Been running into this issue recently where I can connect to my work’s Outline server (which I’ve been able to do for months). However, when I try and access the Internet, my MacBook M1 believes I am offline. For example, when I try and load a tab on Chrome, I get ERR_PROXY_CONNECTION_FAILED as the error.

I’ve been banging my head on this for a while. Do I need my work to generate a new server key for me? Is there a setting I need to change on my MacBook M1 (OS Ventura 13.5.2)?

If your key is invalid, you will failed to connect

If you can connect but having problems, try using other devices, maybe your smartphone.

Key is valid, in fact I’ve had my work regenerate a key for me. I’m still running into this error.

I need this to work specifically on my computer, and not on my smartphone.
