Support responded again after I sent them my router model:-

Thanks for reaching out on this matter. The problematic server is cds282.am5, and we are already aware of this issue. It seems one of our preemptive mechanisms failed to take this server out of production, which was later done through manual steps.
The Issue should have been mitigated by now but if you continue to face problems please let us know!
