Anything online seems to be down. Can’t access any of the digital coupons so I just wasted an hour walking around the store for nothing.
Looks like a major outage at Kroger based on a post just below this one. Hope they fix it soon!
And thanks everyone at Kroger! I’ve only have the best experiences in store and with deliveries. You guys rock and it’s appreciated. Shout out to the sushi chef in Nashville…it was amazing.
I can’t get onto the website either. I typically do most of my order on my PC via the website and then add a few things other family members want via the app before submitting the order.
pickup sucks. we have to run outside to any car that pulls up and manually get their name bc they cant check in! thankfully its slow but its a little mentally demanding
My mom works for Kroger as a software dev. She’s currently in (and has been for the last 3 hours) a late night call with all the other devs trying to fix the issue. From what I can tell, a bunch of Azure servers stopped working
It’s because Kroger uses Azure. Azure has been down for 3 hours (meaning any company that uses them will also have issues)
Kroger had a massive authentication outage last night starting around 8 pm eastern time.

They don’t even have a status page and didn’t even post about the outage on their social account besides replying with copy & paste advice to customers to “reinstall the app”.
I do DevOps, so my views on this are probably stronger than most, but IMO this is pretty insane for a $40B company [and S&P 500 component at that] to not even have a status page and not even seem to know internally (or at least acknowledge) that they were down until hours later…
Anyway, their auth provider is Microsoft, so it seems that Microsoft had an outage… the timing seems suspicious for it to not be related to the massive Crowdstrike outage today, but I’m not sure what the relationship between Microsoft and Crowdstrike is if any.

The customer-facing app is down at my store too. Zebra seems to be working now, wasn’t about an hour ago.
FEED worked fine from home on my phone just now. My vacation request did not work but it is on the paper Vacation calendar in the managers office. I have pictures of it. They ALWAYS reject my requests on MyTime , then HR tells me I have to submit my vacation on MyTime
I can log back in to my Kroger account, but all the data is gone - name, link to cards, in-process orders, coupons clipped, etc. Has that happened to anyone else?

I can log in on my Samsung Galaxy 10 but not my Flip 4. My husband can log in on his iPhone 10.
My app started doing this about a month ago. CS and tech support won’t get back with me. Is there a fix?
Was happening today. Same exact error.
I was getting this error when trying to login to Kroger App using iPhone iOS 18.2. I was using a VPN and it wouldn’t allow Kroger app to function properly. however every other app worked fine! I could also login via browser just fine.
Still down. Came here to see when they think it might be back up. Trying to place a pick up order in for the weekend just wanted to see what deals were active!
