Same. My order that I just received is missing items (again) and I have no way to check whether I’ve been refunded the cost or if they were left on the truck because “the store doesn’t handle that.” I’ve been disconnected from customer service twice because their call center is full and I’ve been waiting for an agent in the live chat for about ten minutes.
Needless to say I am beyond livid, lol.
There needs to be backups and redundancies if this kind of thing happens.

Seems safe to assume the tech crisis all over the news today is related. The timing is certainly suspicious. Everything seems to be working now.
The issue I, and many others, experienced ended up being a large failure with the internet servers. It was resolved in less than a day. However, I just opened the app and all seems well. Maybe try ininstalling and rebooting your phone and reinstall.
The issue I was having wasn’t on my phone… but was a massive outage on the internet that affected kroger and many other businesses. They had it fixed the next day.
The only thing I can suggest is uninstall and reinstall the app. Or maybe log in with a web browser like safari or Chrome. And see if that works. Maybe login with a laptop to make sure your account works.
Edit: I’m a customer and don’t work for kroger. So those are just general suggestions.
The Kroger app for online delivery orders.
I was using the Kroger app for delivery. It’s was out from about 1700 CDT yesterday to about noon today. It was back up when you posted.
It’s related to the global Microsoft/Crowdstrike issue. My employer was also affected as well as our clients. I was able to put my order in the next morning and it’ll be delivered in about an hour.
Lmao, service sucks sometimes. If you frequent this sub enough to post on it, you should absolutely know that pick up is a shit show my guy

yeah, i forgot earlier that kroger runs on azure and there happened to be an azure outage as well.
yeah, it was down for me on the app and site from around 7 pm eastern and came back up shortly before midnight, but not long enough to check out an order for delivery today
First time visiting the sub, because it was exceptionally horrendous this time. Was trying to figure out why.
