I tent to have a lot of problems with this. I have to keep changing servers, particularly when using Firefox or Brave. I’ve found that the problem is less severe when using Chrome.
Is this common to all users?

I use ChatGPT with the Proton VPN Firefox extension literally every single day at work. No issues here.
I’ve never tried, but the fact that ChatGPT and Proton don’t like each other makes me like Proton more 
Yeah it won’t let me log in when I’m on the vpn. I have to kill the vpn, log in, then reconnect to the vpn. Not that I use CGPT often, but I don’t have this issue with Claude.
Sounds like a classic case of ‘not my type’ in the VPN world!
Yeah the other day I created a post complaining about no US services I can use to login in to ChatGPT. And when I switch to some other newer and less famous VPN it works.

I’m not sure what you mean by “powered by”. On the hello page, it says “anonymous access to… GPT-4o mini, Claude 3, and open-source Llama 3.1 and Mixtral”
