Whenever I am trying to use ChatGPT while I am connected to ProtonVPN, this message shows up. But if I disconnect ProtonVPN, the android ChatGPT app works just fine. Can I know the reason behind this, and how can I solve it. Please?
Ps: I was connected to Singapore when I took the screenshot. And I’ve tried other locations also.
Try switching between several different servers to see if some of them work. Also, we’d appreciate it if you could tell us with which specific server(s) you experienced this error, so we can document your report.
The problem is that chatGPT blocks VPNs.
They don’t allow VPNs? Why?

are you using free servers? they can detect those, im on a premium server and everything seems fine
To fix it . Use vpn thats has SSH access

I’m facing the same problem. But with both PIA and Proton.
But from the browser after completing a few human verifications I was able to use it through vpn, though.
That’s strange. I literally just used it today while on VPN.
EDIT - Tried it just now connected to US-CA and ChatGPT works fine for me.
I have this problem too. chatgbt needs to make sure I am not a robot and it gets into a loop never getting out of it. Keep asking me to find the bike !
I get constant connection issues while using any server from AT. Also paid AT-CH server.

works very bad with paid protonvpn. Whatever server I use only problems. Tried switching off the netshield, but always problems

Because there’s a lot of abuse via VPN’s too, so some websites/games/etc. don’t allow it.
