I’ve used Dokuwiki in the past, but at the end of last year, I swapped everything to Notion. I have everything from SOP, licenses, Hardware DBs, and Network DBs stored in one place.
For creds, I store these separately in Bitwarden.

I’d recommend netbox
My passwords.txt file on the desktop is not okay?
+1 for Netbox + Vaultwarden
Would recommend using my roles for netbox and vaultwarden:
Btw. ansible can use netbox as dynamic inventory.
I haven’t heard of infisical, but I AM curious what it has that beats KeePass & Bitwarden for you?
I like how this sub is so laser focused on self hosted apps that most the answers just completely glossed over the “ass wound” part and provide useful feedback.
You could open with I want a self hosted app for keeping track of my serial murders, and people would come back with some great options.
I believe it’s German slang (to do xyz until your butt’s raw) except bad translation lol
Best choose ever. I approve this list
As written in my „closing“ answer, that looks so promising, thanks for that heads up!
Itop Is a excelent Solution for this, Is free AND you can selfhosted.

It seems like an alternative to HashiCorp Vault, so integration into deployment pipelines would be a huge bonus.
OP doesn’t specify what they would use the secrets manager for, but Infisical seems to be a good cross between something like Bitwarden and something like Vault.
Edit: KeePass has matured since I last used it but it has always left a bad taste in my mouth. There’s simply better options and the project doesn’t seem to have evolved much over the years.
Bitwarden is great. It’s flexible and well integrated. It’s one of very few things that I pay a subscription for personally. I had major headaches getting it running self hosted. When we ran it for an Org, it became convoluted and difficult to manage with a massive subset of secrets. It’s worth noting that BW can - from what I’ve read - be integrated into deployment pipelines however I have no experience with this.
IDK if Infisical can integrate with AD or Okta. If it does; bonus points. At the least, it seems to be an okay piece of kit for someone who wanted to store client secrets in a wiki next to software keys.
Itop
Hi, sorry to hijack this thread, but you seem familiar with iTop. I’m just experimenting with it now. I can’t seem to find a CI or module for credential management. For example, if I have a web application associated with a contact, there are no “login” fields? I assume this is for security, as iTop is not supposed to be a password manager - I’m just checking that I didn’t miss anything. Thanks in advance for any advice.
Why not upgrade to SuperSecurePasswords.txt
Just need to download RAM now… Gonna have to whoogle my ass wound for it
