Hi could you add a feature like glinet routers where we can login with our nord vpn manual details in the vpn section and it has a giant list of servers instead of us downloading one profile at a time? This could also be a great way for the router to failover to the next available nord vpn server instead of just disconnecting like it does now and failover to wan.

This is an unlikely feature to implement. (but feel free to send the official request in via the link post by pacoli here.
The reason is, officially supporting a VPN service means “to us”, we are endorsing that service, but without a deeper understanding of the internals, we are not able to do that.

Edit: would be great to add loads balance to this feature so we could specify how many devices could connect to each on before it moved over to the next one. Like if I only wanted 10 devices on Vpn A and the 11th device automatically moved to VPN B.
On my old Asus router you just added a NordVPN code and I think it auto failed over
