I’m curious why SPN is not unblocking BBC iPlayer for me. My exit nodes are always in Germany or France.
I think BBC iPlayer is only available in the UK so your exit node should probably be the UK
I don’t live in Europe so I could be wrong here
To ensure best privacy all the calculations on where you exit are always performed locally on your device.
We are always working on improving those algorithms and we will investigate what happened and what we can improve.
As all nodes are marked as VPN, SPN can not unblock streaming sites like BBC iPlayer, Netflix and similar.

first I used portmaster just as monitoring tool but after I read the article “What Makes SPN A Better Alternative to VPNs” I subscribed to the SPN service in order to protect my privacy but also to use it as VPN.

I see the benefit in terms of privacy since the routing works different. Nevertheless I dont understand how it is compared to VPN, since (as I understood here) Geo-Unblocking is not possible. It is the main feature of an VPN.
I thought that it would be possible to create a rule for a domain like “vudu.com” and force it to use the US-Nodes, but until now I havent seen a possibility for it within the tool.
Will it be ever possible to set the exit node for certain domains ?
