Does anyone here use GravityZone and like it?
I’m looking for a small business solution for a remote working situation. Total of three WFH employees, six devices total (desktops and laptops). Can multiple users/emails be setup, so that the employee can install BitDefender themselves?

Also, since you mentioned that your workforce is remote you can most certainly share installers with them remotely. This can be done via email using the GravityZone Control Center in the web. Bitdefender, Business Technical Account Manager
We recently migrated to gravityzone. One server on prem and 7 workstations. Installation was easy, but there is a learning curve to configure the installation packages for the server and endpoints and to configure the configuration policies.
I find the application to lack intuitiveness and therefore (for me anyway) can be frustrating trying to navigate to the appropriate location to effect changes.
I am also unclear if the installation has caused issues for my server. Eg during full malware scans it twice locked up my server requiring cold reboots. (I don’t run full scans on the server anymore). This issue is being investigated but I am not sure an answer will be forthcoming. (And therefore i am not 100% sure that BD is at root cause).
I think it has some good features; ie risk management reports. If the app does its job, I will be pleased. But so far we thankfully have not been challenged.
But overall, I kinda wish we stuck with our previous av which never caused any issues.
You can send them a installation package to install the agent, so no need for them to have an account.
But also be sure you know what you’re getting into, GravityZone is great but it’s a full on EDR/XDR platform and is really meant for a security professional. Not that you can’t learn the basics and get it going to be better protected than Windows Defender, but you also need to understand how to monitor the alerts and take action on them.
Whit gravity zone you can send your colleagues the installation package and that it. You’ll find their devices in your company inventory and you’ll be able to apply security policies.
Can let us know, does Bitdefender use all U.S.A. based servers ? For people using your service from us will they only get data stored in us
