How is it you can not use vpn? First setup opera browser, it has an optional vpn button. Once that is running you can browse and download stuff that can’t be traced back to your ip adres.

Is it just standard internet that’s been blocked? If possible try on cellular data. Warzone only uses like, 175-200 MB per hour.
