There is no problem with my internet, i always get solid 150MBps speed and i use Nordvpn cause it is the best VPN to use with gfn but still there is too much mouse delay, there is no lag, stuttering, graphical issues in the game only mouse delay. I even use Nordvpn with nordlynx protocol which is the fastest one but still that issue doesn’t fix. I tried different servers but still no luck, what is the issue??
why are you using a vpn with a streaming service? unless you have to use a vpn because geforce now isnt supported in your region or something then disable it or add geforce now as an exception in your vpn settings.
a vpn won’t minimize networking lag if thats your logic. being physically closer to the servers help, adding more hoops to pretend your closer doesn’t help. if anything it’ll make it worse.
I also ise nordvpn but i am on a supported country when i started Geforce Now i had 5 ping and few months later for some idiotic reason my ping was 41 in the same server right next to me so when i use VPN i get around 6 ms ping. Idk if its ISP or NVIDIA routing but for some reason without VPN it all goes to shit
i have to use VPN cuz nvidia doesn’t care about India and haven’t launched it since 100 years and never will. You mean not even Nordvpn is good to run gfn, I PURCHASED MEMBERSHIP JUST FOR GFN AND THATS THE RESULT? i guess no matter what i do, i can’t run gfn smoothly
It’s just the nature of using VPN. They’re never good for gaming. They purposely bounce your traffic around even more. What you might be looking for is a routing service like mudfish or something. But really you’re better off not using one if you don’t have to.
well, you don’t need a VPN to use GFN but if you do use it, even if you use it with a nearby server, there will be some delay since you’re routing your network packets through a remote server before going to the GFN servers. it’s like saying “i’m shipping a package from A to C, why does it take longer when i have it shipped to B for which is in a whole other direction”
