MBT and Myanmar Net are one of the worst ISP imo. Especially with VPN.
Your best bet atm is to just spend some money on vpn. It’s really unfortunate.
What ISP do you use? Cloudflare won’t work with cellular data.

i use MBT as an ISP, MBT is a Military Fan boy company so they follow their rules on removing ALL of the VPN websites and listed VPNs on Playstore/Appstore.
Lucky thing is they can’t Blacklist Every VPN on Playstore so I can use VPN with my phone but when it comes to pc, you can only download much from websites.
never heard of that, for my internet, only the chrome extension vpns are working but not a single damn vpn softwares

Takes a while to connect but is not bad and has quite fast internet speed.
I just don’t want to post it becauses the damn MAL Glazer might see that post and tell the government to blacklist the vpn
