I’m using the NordVPN app on my Apple TV, and I can watch BBC Iplayer no problem, but whenever I’m trying to watch Channel 4 it just says it’s not available in my region. Any ideas? I’ve tried a few different servers, same issue. I’ve tried changing region too.

The Channel 4 app seems to use the time zone of your device to determine your location. Change the time zone on your Apple TV to be London/GMT. It’s a hack but it works for me (using NordVPN SmartDNS but presumably also for the VPN).
Keep refreshing the VPN server, to get a different IP address. You may have to close the Ch 4 app each time you do so.
Close channel 4 app, refresh/change server, reopen channel 4 app.
This is unique to Channel 4, and it only started happening recently.
Changing timezone to London fixes this issue.
NordVPN is not useful anymore. Their IPs get blacklisted everywhere
