I belong from India and play the game using VPN, Singapore server.
I was able to login to the game till yesterday. However, last night when I opened the game, I found out that I’ve been automatically logged out. When I try to login using my Facebook account, which is how I’ve always logged in, it shows an error message saying “Authentication error. There was a problem signing you in. Please try again.”
When I try to login using my Riot ID, the error I receive is “Access denied. You do not have access to auth.riotgames.com. The site owner may have set restrictions that prevent you from accessing the site. Contact the site owner for access or try loading the page again.”
Till now, I’ve tried the following solutions:
- Reinstalled the game using Apkpure.
- Reinstalled the game using Google Play Store (US based account)
- Tried logging in without VPN.
- Tried Master VPN (the regular one) and Turbo VPN.
- Tried a different server on VPN.
If anyone can help me with it, I’ll be very thankful.
I’m from India and I had this problem like twice but I switched to a different region’s server and it worked. I’m not sure what the problem is with yours but DM me if you want to work it out ig

I live in the Americas and been having the same issue, I too use the Singapore servers. I think and hope it’ll be fixed in a few days or so maybe even the next update.
Download proton vpn. Connect to Japan server. Login. Then turn off proton vpn and start using whatever vpn you were using before. Don’t play in Japan server btw. Ping is horrible.

I start the game without any vpn and when you reach page where "enter " is written.
on reaching this page i turn on the vpn.

I was doing something similar. I am not able to login to the riot website login page, getting access denied error. But I was able to use vpn to get to the login page but not that is not working either. I am getting the same error.
Rn I tried so many vpns, I was using one called “vpn - super unlimited” Iirc. I’m so frustrated, how did you fix it?
Use Vast VPN, that fixed it for me.
Ah man I’m on iOS and it seems like vast vpn is android only :c did any other vpns work for you?
