I need to access a website where my IP is blacklisted if I were to access that website with my account my account would be banned. I was using Tor but Tor is too slow, and recently Tor doesn’t work probably my ISP has blocked Tor.
Your ISP doesn’t “block tor”. I think you should look up how these programs work. There are desktop vpns and web extension vpns. We don’t know your setup so do some searching on Google.
You can set a private mode in Firefox.

Yes Kali is a heavily modified version of Debian Linux. If op doesn’t know linux this is a terrible suggestion
