TikTok is banned on all Florida public university wifi
It’s true but you can overcome this with a vpn so it’s not that big of a deal
yes it’s banned but you’re able to access it with a vpn on your phone, always worked for me

Its not a 1st Amendment issue as you can still use it. Organizations have discretion to allow certain websites and apps to work on their networks.
No, it’s a security issue. You can use your own internet provider and devices to use tiktok, just not USF’s.
No one is preventing you from using TikTok by using cellular data or a VPN. It’s only blocked on the network, most likely for security reasons following the ban of TikTok on state government owned devices.
Organizations have discretion on what they can block on their network. Your high school probably blocked most social media sites on their wifi.
