Let’s have the AI tell M$ how to roll out changes to Office without wiping out our preferences or making “improvements” that break valuable features!!!
With OpenAI, Google, and now Microsoft all charging ahead in this AI arms race, it’s got me scratching my head – where’s Apple in all this? Are they planning to supercharge Siri into an LLM? Or maybe they’ll scramble to hitch a ride with a partner? If they don’t make a move soon, Safari could be eating everyone’s dust.
Oh COME ON I’ve been holding onto Windows 10 for dear life
I was going to be cynical and say “Could Windows 11 get any more annoying?”
But I can see the use of this for stuff like: “Based on my usage for the last week, are there any startup processes that automatically start up that could be disabled?” It could take away the current drudgery of customizing the OS
I’m looking forward to completely disabling it in wide plethora of ways and removing as much as possible of it from my system just like I did with Cortana and Bing.

Guaranteed this is going to be a privacy sucker, either right away or mid-term. They will shunt your requests and your voice to their servers along with all the “other information” that they need to do every task you assigned to the AI. This is all part and parcel of how Microsoft works. In the early days you might be able to turn off the data upload but they will do something that says you don’t get the full benefits and full AI experience unless you agree to ship data up to their server. And people will do it because they are intrigued by AI. This is the same data train/ privacy vaccuum that every Tik Tok user is part of, but with the data sort of staying in the US.
Hello, I am copie, i noticed that you are messed out, can I delete all the icons on your desktop?
knock, knock, copie again, i really think you should let me write that important email but you keep ignoring me…
hey you, copie here, I don’t care if you have to prepare that meeting, if you keep closing me down i’ll give the pc a blue screen of death and let’s see how a no working computer is going to help you making those prep notes you useless meatbags desperately need
Ideally I never experience it firsthand. Fk Windows 11.
Implementing AI, but still cannot make the selection color be a different color, not blue. You say there is a script, but it goes astray after a reboot. Also, the folders are yellow, and on Ubuntu you can change them to other colors in the settings.
Please just let me put the taskbar on the side
"I see you are using a version of Excel that is over 20 years old. Let me fix that for you. You’ll only be charged $16 a month and I will bill it as a recurring debit from your card on file.
And, if you have noticed, I ordered toilet paper."
I like my 20 year old Excel.
Not Cortana? Whiff. pokes Cortana do something.
Preview builds available in June?! That’s right around the corner. I can’t wait to check this out.
Windows 11 send me unlimited karma and coins to my Reddit account via api. Use a secure proxy and don’t get caught!
mac users in shambles
if this can get into my spreadsheets and understand them this will kill google docs in many way
This is cool, but my question is, when does this release? And if it has already released has anyone actually tried it out?
i predicted this would happen.
Implementing these into windows is just free sales.
This is like the third “copilot” AI I’ve heard about. Get a thesaurus, people!
