Million Live players - what's your VPN of choice?

I’m taking the dive and trying out Million Live with my nonexistent moonrunes. I tried Tsunagarumon for a Japanese VPN, and while it connects, it’s slow as hell. FlyVPN connects and is fast, but ends up just not functioning after a few minutes.

What do you recommend? Free is best, not looking to sink too much $$ into this just to get in.

You actually only need the VPN to create your Gree account to set your country to Japan, then you can access the game with no problems from the whole world. You can even register a phone number from another country if you afterwards change your residence to Japan again. Some parts of the game are only accessible to users who have registered a phone number (such as trading cards and items with friends), so I recommend doing that.
Anyway, you’ll only need the VPN for about 10 minutes, so you can just go ahead with tsunagarumon, that’s what I did.

I suggest downloading an user agent plug-in for chrome and playing it on your computer, then you can use rikaikun to help you understand the runes.
But I must say, the game isn’t that exciting if you don’t know any Japanese. Hopefully, you’ll find it fun anyway.
But if you’re interested in learning Japanese, then it’s a great way to have fun while doing so. But I wouldn’t recommend it for complete beginners, since it’s full of kanji (no furigana) and slang.

Here is my profile if you would like to add me as a friend.
Good luck getting into millimas!

Really? I registered over VPN, but whenever I try to play the game on my phone, it says it’s not available in my country.

For what it’s worth I’m doing this on my Galaxy S5, not a browser.

I’ll be honest, too - the project-imas wiki for gameplay is severely lacking and I’m already lost. Is there a better one? I keep clicking on buttons and I don’t know where I am, what to do, etc. There’s gotta be a better guide, right?

That’s weird, try and check your residence settings on your Gree account again. Have you tried it on the chrome app browser?
I can play perfectly fine without a VPN on both safari and chrome on my iPhone.

I don’t think there is a better guide, that’s why I’m suggesting rikaikun to help you understand what you are clicking.
My Japanese wasn’t that great when I started playing, but I eventually learned the mechanics just by clicking around and looking up kanji on buttons and such with rikaikun.

I could try and make some sort of guide for you, but I’m afraid I don’t have time for that right this second. Maybe tomorrow!
