I have the same thing and I managed to use spotify through my Music app on my android. Dunno if this will work for you but for me at least it did.
Yeah this happened to me and I redownloaded it from the xmanager discord and it started working again!
Why can’t I listen to music? I open my playlist and it says it’s empty? Every playlist even public ones?

I have the same issue 
All of my Spotify playlists are labeled as “empty” and songs won’t even play on shuffle. I don’t know what’s causing this all of the sudden.
Guess we will wait until a new mod drops?

Download the file from Spotigurus, its working. Google Spotigurus to find the premium apk file.
Download APK from apkpure.com version 8.9.74.568 and then patch it using Revanced Manager application and it has started working 
i tried the vpn trick and i think it only made it worse. my account apparently was deleted?? it wont even let me logging in saying this account doesnt exist

I don’t remember the site because I downloaded like a lot of them.
The only working app I found after a lot of research is from apkmody.com the Spotify v8.9.70.556 beta version. On my s24 ultra it is on shuffle but you can choose one by one what you want to listen or create a custom queue
