Oh, I’m so sorry, that’s entirely my mistake. You can send in a log by doing the following:
- Click on the PIA icon in your applications to open the PIA app.
- On the main connection screen, please click the triple bar icon in the top left corner.
- Select ‘Settings’
- Ensure you uncheck Killswitch if it is checked.
- Please scroll down to the bottom of the settings area and select “Send debug” information to support
- You’ll see a window pop up with a five-character ID
- Please write down the five character ID, then click Ok
- Let us know what the ID is when you submit your ticket.
