Prime Video getting blocked woth Expressvpn

Anyone know a solution for this? I tried with all USA servers and I still get this message. Unfortunately I cant change it to other countries.

I’ve never been able to get prime to work with vpn. That might be because I’m accessing on a firestick where my primary amazon account used for the device is canadian.

Dittos here in Canada. Come on guys get this fixed. Kiddos need Thomas the Train. Has worked so well for years and now it’s not. Fingers crossed for a solution.

until the Amazon account is created with USA CC or in usUSA itself no VPN will show you US content.

Prime NEVER worked for me with any VPN, neither on an appletv nor browser, no problem with other services

I’m in UK, with US account and I’m being told to turn off my VPN.

I’m not doing anything illegal, I’m just using my VPN as I should.

I haven’t had this problem in years of ExpressVPN service…

Same here. Never used to have issues. ExpressVPN has been so crap lately after being great for several years

yeah, usually they have been a step ahead of amazon on this, and it sucks the day amazon comes out announcing they made double or triple their profit margin from last year that they unleash the geo blocking beast…

I have a UK Prime account and I live in Malaysia where the Firestick works only with SmartDNSProxy. I also have a Canadian Prime account on another Firestick which I’ll switch occasionally but the UK content are better.

You can try SmartDNS no obligation for 2 weeks to see if it suits your needs. You’d need to adjust the DNS settings of your router to work. I’ve been using this service for over 5 years now. No issues.

Not having a problem here and never had a problem streaming Prime Video with ExpressVPN.

I’m currently having this problem for first time in 2 years. It worked the other day for a couple hours after I rebooted the modem, router (with Express VPN firmware), and television. Since then, nothing is working. Anyone else?

Yeah, I just woke up and checked this thread, saw the good news, went to one of my devices that was causing me trouble, and boom, it worked… I don’t know what they fixed, as I didn’t reinstall anything, (last night I reinstalled the vpn configuration from the app and no go), and interestingly enough one of my older iOS devices that I hadn’t updated the Prime Video app or ExpressVPN worked, … but now the nerfed device works fine, will check firesticks and whatnot later…

but cool, not sure on whose end (Amazon or ExpressVPN) something changed, or was f’d yesterday (these things always seem to happen around NFL games for reason regarding timing…not saying linked, but at least in my sample sets, but that could just be remembered frustration lol)…

Well glad we are past that for now, and I don’t wanna jinx it.

If anyone has insight to what may have happened, I’d love to hear it…
