I’m in systems administration doing all kinds of stuff, so I’ll look to see what I’m doing on that port. Calling in for a new IP sounds like what I’ll try first.
Allow me to ask. I know nothing about networking but I’m currently having the exact same problem in Kenya. My ISP has no idea on where to start.
Please advice on who to talk to in order to get a new IP address.
