I spent all day dealing with connection issues (WiFi and cellular) not allowing my phone to receive any data. I could only make phone calls but couldn’t get any data from internet. The culprit was Google VPN that was messing up with my phone. Just deleted it and everything is back to normal.

Google VPN is an oxymoron.
