I was scrolling the internet in search of a good VPN, I’m between chosing Windscribe or PIA, but then I found this information about VPNs and their owners.

I use PIA, have for years, not worried.
Depends what makes you worried. Personally have been with PIA since 2017 and haven’t seen a reason to leave.
Who owns a VPN is not a super big deal to me. In theory, it could be a warning for some unexpected big policy change that ruins the VPN in the future but in practice literally any VPN could be ruined at anytime by any owner. There are no guarantees on that front. The ownership also doesn’t really tell you by who or how a VPN is being managed.
“Does the VPN do independent audits?” to me is a much more important information because it tells you if a VPN is currently following good practices. In the case of PIA, they are one of the VPN companies that do this. Other reputable VPN like NordVPN and ProtonVPN also do this.
Wow, PIA is Israeli? Love it even more now.
I have used a few vpns and ended up going back to PIA in the end. I love this vpn. SOLID…SOLID vpn.
Avoid the 1 that begins with w ,I purchased it ,no no ,I then purchased pia ,much better …
My PIA works just fine, been using it over 5 yrs
No one knows who owns Windscribe? That would bother me more.
I’ve been using PIA for at least 10 years without a major complaint.
Absolutely. Thanks for the info, I just canceled my subscription of 8 years.
Israel has no concern for your privacy.
That’s awesome, why would it worry you?
this right here… and…. PIA is court proven 2x to have NO LOGS
…because Mossad have a history of not giving a shit about privacy.
