Was watching Cyberpunk: Edgerunners yesterday and went to continue today and it has disappeared. Its released in my country, and is a pretty much brand new show so I don’t know why it isn’t there. Is anyone else having this problem? Is there anything I can do?
It appeared for me last night and I just checked and it’s still there for me. (I’m in US)
Happened to me once or twice, but I just had to refresh the site/app and it came back again.
This happens to me a lot with Netflix. I spoke to someone through customer assistance and they said that it was to do with the network provider in my country. It’s true, sometimes I’ll switch from one of the major providers to the other (my phone is a dual SIM) and the things on Netflix will have changed a little, with some others simply disappearing.
If you can afford it, maybe try using a really good VPN. If that is not possible, try putting your device on airplane mode or switching off the WI-FI and then closing the application (force close in settings if you use an android) then wait 10 seconds. Make sure you’re in the place you usually are where you watch the show and it turns up on Netflix. Then switch your network back on and reopen Netflix. Sometimes this works and other times it doesn’t. But from personal experience the success rate was maybe 80%.

I had something similar happen with literally everything in my “continue watching” queue a few weeks ago, but only on the Samsung TV App - can’t remember exactly but I think disconnecting it from the internet then reconnecting was what fixed it
Better Call Saul S6 was on there and it’s gone now.
I downloaded the episodes and they won’t play. Ugh

That’s actually the most common reason that people who complain about issues like this have stuff disappear. If Netflix realizes you’re using a VPN, a lot of stuff gets hidden.

This is true, but I have to add that I never used a VPN to access Netflix and yet it still happened.
Not everyone has shoes but if you were complaining about sore feet that would still be the answer

firstly, I like my TV, I don’t want to watch something on a laptop. Secondly, what’s the point of a vPRIVATEn if they sell data?
