The first thing i did when i set up my plex server was nab the entire series. Fuck netflix.
Netflix, Disney, Amazon Prime, Spotify are my entertainment. I pay for them. I don’t drink anymore. I go out but it’s to hike or camping. So that’s my entertainment and it’s less than $500 a year. And that’s alright.
That’s what I’d like to know about it.
I bought the series on Prime years ago……I don’t want to lease something I’ll watch a 1000x. Rather pay once vs month over month ad infinitum
Hit me one day I was paying $15 a month for Seinfeld so I went and bought the DVDs lol
I bought the series on Apple TV for $99, gave up Netflix, haven’t missed it at all

I was PO’d when it was taken off of Hulu and didn’t sign up for Netflix … so it’s been a while!
I cancelled Netflix over a year ago because they kept cancelling great shows or taking them off the service but not having access to stream Seinfeld has been rough. I do have the box set which I watch but it can get annoying.

Recently was in the hospital for 12 days, and actually watching Seinfeld episodes on syndication TV instead of listening to them in the background on Netflix every night while I sleep… I just saw a lot of details I had missed.
I considered it but bought the box set instead.

My wife can’t fall asleep without Seinfeld. It the ONLY reason Netflix gets my money.
I already had Netflix prior. I avoided watching it on Netflix for a while because it looked like they made the episodes too zoomed in when converting to widescreen and stuff on the periphery got cropped out. Still feel that way, but I watch it there anyways.
