Facing same issue. I’m able to access those playlist on ad version. But not on mod apk
I am using mod 8.9.18.512 and I am good .
Not working. All playlists are with no songs and can not play anything…
Quick fix: Use vpn and connect to France or Poland I used openvpn with vpnbook and I connect to vpn server.
Ensure that you are connected through vpn and then go to your Spotify account through www.spotify.com and change region (Google how to do it) after that install the latest apk https://spotigurus.com/ download it from spotigurus clear cache and bingo everything works.
Stopped working again, any workaround?
Edit - tryed with Xmanager and didn’t work either, maybe i’m doing something wrong?

tried spotify lite as well but can’t login.
I found a currently working apk.
OS: Android (No idea if works on IOS)
Account Region: UK (used vpn to set it)
