Strange vpn behavior

Pls help i have a problem on PC and andoid.

On pc:
when I turn on the VPN, everything works fine, but I noticed that there are sudden slowdowns in games or while downloading. but for some reason when I turn on the hotspot and reconnect to the vpn everything works fine

On andoid:

When turning kill switch phone cannot connect to internet at all (the application is proton says it is connected) I have already tried different VPN protocols, restarting the phone and resetting the VPN connection when the kill switch is turned on. I also tried to do the same when connected to a SIM card and connected to Wi-Fi.

PC:

kill switch enabled
netshield enabled

secure core disabled
split tineling enabled

Andoid:
netshield enabled
kill switch disabled
split tuneling disabled

EDIT:

fixed on pc by manualy selecting openvpn-udp and restaring pc
on andoid it fixed it self

I managed to fix it. on pc, I had to manually select the openvpn-udp protocol in the settings. on andoid it randomly fixed it self…
