Instead of watching ads to add to the streamer’s revenue or subscribing to said streamer to bypass the ads, just pay Twitch directly and potentially void TWO ways that a viewer could actually support their streamer.

When I first played hearthstone years ago I bought some cards on the app, noticed later playing the PC version that the cards have a pretty big bump in price on the mobile version

We haven’t increased our Turbo pricing, but pricing on mobile apps is higher

So they increased pricing lol. I love when companies act like absorbing the cost themselves is outlandish and obviously we as consumers should pay for their costs of doing business :stuck_out_tongue:

I want to say it used to be like 8 USD, now it’s 12. This is for in-app purchasing on mobile for Apple/Google cut.

it does kill ads which are relentless, problem is for me I think the price is high, streamers get no share, and if I buy this thing I am definitely cancelling all my remaining subs to pay for it.

It’s $15/month in Australian dollars which is about the ballpark of 2 standard subs here

just pure greed, and the ad’s are relentless. I have been trying to talk my friends into moving to kick, but something is making them stay on this horrible platform. Although one of them thankfully now dual streams on youtube at least.

my ad blocker setup blocks ads on every single website out there, except twitch. the most aggressive site out there for ads. bypasses ublock, everything.
