I managed to get an “Account blocked due to too many attempts” fix
-> enter the site with Korea VPN
-> click on the computer to send you to the log-in page
-> When the log-in page appears disconnect from VPN
-> enter your log-in details and log in
-> page refreshes, you’re loged in but says that you’re uneligible for entering
-> change the VPN back to Korea to access the page
-> now you’re loged in and the page says that you got the game.
This will most likely work. I have the game bought, so I don’t know if this will really add it to your library. If it does, please give a one up.

Used South Korean VPN, and game is in English.
It works! I used SoftEther VPN then i connect to a South Korea VPN. I used the log in with Xbox because if i log in normally then gonna appear this message "You’re blocked from logging in due to repeated failed attempts. Please come back later. "

If you have purchased any UPlay game, ask yourself would it worth risk to get a 2010 game which will most likely to be available later for others too as UPlay had given dozens of games in the past Worldwide.

Hide My IP VPN chrome extension works. I selected Korean language from menu and got the game.
Can confirm! I used SoftEther Vpn as well. Connect to a South Korean server and go to the giveaway page. Claim it and install in English language. Working fine

This still works! When I did the Chinese giveaway they gave me the English version which is awesome. I don’t know if this had anything to do with it but I used a clean browser with no history or cache. I logged into my Ubisoft account first using my home IP address then used the https://register.ubisoft.com/Assassins-Creed-Brotherhood/en-GB link with South Korea VPN and obviously the promo is ended. Then I exited out of the page and switched to a China VPN and went to the register.ubisoft.com link again. This time it said add the game to the library I clicked the PC button and boom it was added. I installed the game and it asked me to select what language I wanted and English was an option. Installed it and ran it and everything is in English the menus audio etc so maybe this might help some people used Iron Portable as my browser and a chrome VPN extension called https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/free-vpn-the-fastest-vpn/ogojkdkkcopeepagdlddbninobfhfbcb . Good luck and hope you get the English version like I did
