Well that’s it. My lifetime will apparently expire in about 2 years. I wonder how I’ll go.
I’ve always thought these lifetime subscriptions are almost scams.
Either they’ll have to steal you somehow (literally what’s going on here), or the company can go out of business anytime.
I prefer annual payments. Or even better, get a cheap VPS and roll out my own (what I’m doing, actually).
I’ll keep you in my prayers
i think they mean your life will end in 855 days
hate to break it to you but that’s just life in the big sitty
Looks like you’ll be reborn because they renew the subscriptions. Wonder what you’ll be in your next life
When you signed up, it should have said something on there about having to email support to get them to turn it back on. Their system just has a max account length, but if you have proof of lifetime purchase, you should be alright.
So OP, are you still alive?

Why not name the auditor?

How did it go? Let us know your still alive!
PureVPN does not seem to have good reviews anywhere, better that after 855 days you subscribe to a better VPN
How much did you pay?
After 855 days, you can ask them to extend for 5-10 years.
I dont know anything about Pure Lifetime, but based on my other experiences, some Lifetime will expire and then you will get another code to renew it for 2 more years.
I only use it for when I’m abroad and using hotel WiFi. I’ll need a lot of bandwidth for uploading/backing up images.
Clearly they’re talking about the lifetime of the service, not your own lifetime. I have at least one service that I paid “lifetime” for basically no money and it’s still working. I could care less if it dies tomorrow as I’ve already gotten my money’s worth, which is the point of these really.
cryptostorm does a lifetime for $500. That’s one I would trust to buy as it’s nearly the price of ten annual subscriptions.
Its depends on the price. For example some VPN providers offers life time plans at super low price!
VPN lifetime subscriptions are not scams. But I do agree that it can be a bit misleading as lifetime subscriptions have a validity of around 3-5 years. When I purchased a lifetime subscription around 2-years back, I specifically asked the chat support about the validity.
