What VPN are you using to unlock the game early?

i have tried 4 vpn programs so far, and non works for me 
i get my ip rerouted, but steam is still in € and wont allow me to unlock the game
EDIT: it seems for some odd reason cable connection has conflicts with vpn on my computer, after turning to WIFI it is working and ip changed
AirVPN, it’s subscription based though.
I primarily use them for their (ahem) other services, but they also offer VPN as a bonus.

This one seems pretty nice. It has a trial account that has unlimited uses overall limited to three 20 minute chunks each day. Pretty much perfect for getting video games early.
that’s the one i use for Fallout 4. and it didn’t let me down.

I am experiencing the same issue. Even though I connect to australia, steam is still in my home country (norway). Anyone has this issue, and know of a solution?
I tested it out about 30 minutes ago and was able to hop on some Japanese ones. We’ll see if it works once the unlock time rolls around but I got the link from another post I saw on here yesterday so I’m fairly confident it’ll be fine
