If you selected the monthly plan, yes it will take the money out monthly.
If you select the 1 year or 2 year plan, it will take it all at once.
Depends which subscription you select. There is 1 month, 1 year, 2 years. If you select 2 years you’ll have to pay the total 2 years regardless how much per month cost you. The 3$ just tells you how much it costs you per month if you were to subscribe to the yearly plan you selected.
The payment is for the entire term in advance, not monthly.
Multiple years or months all come at one payment.

Because it’s telling you that the annual plan costs less per month than a per month plan.
