VPNIFY seems to work well, getting good speed 400mbit/s+.

However it’s not free like on iPhone or mac (free to use with ads). Not sure if I renew after free trial.

Anyone else feels like maybe it’s not such a good idea to just jump on any previously unknown VPN services just because they have an AppleTV app? VPNs are largely about trust, and lots of these services on the list don’t feel like they’ve earned any

Anyone else reading this and like me didn’t realise yet… NordVPN now does have an AppleTV app, in the App Store. Working great for BBC iPlayer outside the UK.

Update: NORD VPN seems to be working flawelessly here in Europe

In France right now, trying to watch nfl games. Have YouTube tv at home with Sunday ticket. Express VPN not working on phone. Try purevpn so I can try on Apple TV? Anybody have any luck with this?

Journalist here. I’ve received this statement from ExpressVPN:

“We are actively working on a tvOS app, but don’t have a specific timeline to share yet. In the meantime, users who want to enjoy the benefits of a VPN on their Apple TV can already do so using our unique router app or Aircove our hardware router.”

Only #7 and #9 on this list have already put up on the App Store… I’m guessing it’s not an ExpressVPN issue, and more an Apple TV issue

I can attest to this vpn. I was waiting for Surfshark to release their app, so tried this as a stop-gap. Turns out this is way better - especially with their app mode allowing you to control which app use the vpn. Very happy with it!

I agree I have tried pure and flow and in my opinion SafeShell was much better at streaming my IPTV.

Do you mean, for example,when you open BBC IPLAYER - PURE VPN opens in the meanwhile connecting in UK SERVER. Is it?

I am looking into PURE VPN app and IP VANISH and what you ask seems to be possibile only with domain address (for example bbc.co.uk ) and not with apps

It’s called smartDNS. Check for example SmartDNSProxy.

Wow, I have used this functionality on SafeShell VPN. It is only actived on mobile phones by now. But A friend who talked to its telegram said they are ready to offer this functionality. Mybe you could keep eyes on them.

You can use Tailscale in the meantime. It uses Wireguard.
