For anyone on iOS, create a new Apple Account in India, no payment methods needed.
Log into that account on your Apple device (no, you don’t need to log out of your iCloud, just the “Media & Purchases” section in your Apple Account). Go to Amazon India and buy (if you already have Amazon, the same credentials work. Or in the app just change the country) Apple Gift Cards. Redeem them in your new Apple Account balance, open the YouTube app and subscribe.

Same, it was supposed to get canceled after 6th. I had Nigerian prices, because I was actually there when I subscribed. Less than 1 USD per month. I didn’t react and was charged a couple of days ago and received an email today saying it’s extended til 30th of December. I’m not gonna react. If it expires I’m gonna look for a solution.

No you can change as long as your VPN is set to there. Then just get an address generator and use that for billing address
