We run Zscaler with Tunnel 2.0. We struggle to find a way to make Logmein Hamachi VPN working. For some reason the VPN is established but the RDP that should work over Logmein does not work.
Does anyone solved that issue?

LogMeIn is now associated with GoTo, so you could always try enabling the GoTo UCAAS switch in the ZIA dashboard. You can find it under Policy -> URL & Cloud App Control -> Advanced Policy settings.
Our experience so far has been that VPNs and tunnel 2.0 REALLY don’t get along. We typically find that we have to add URLs to both the VPN gateway bypass and the hodted PAC file for the app profile, that’s usually gotten at least better results.
Also you mentioned RDP, which leads me to think you’re talking about LogMeIn Rescue? AFAIK Hamachi is a VPN, but doesn’t have RDP. In which case you can probably ignore the VPN afvice lol
Are you doing split tunnel? Or VPN bypass?
my understanding is that the logmein hamachi client creates a vpn that let us connect with rdp to the server.
and yes i agree tunnel 2.0 is tricky and on top zscaler troubleshooting is a pain
we tried the vpn bypass but not sure if we took the correct ips
