I am literally about to have a COW! I signed up for the free trial since it’s double SB. Keep in mind- this is an app that uses VPN/proxy server- and I didn’t get my SB so I put in a ticket.
AdGate proceeds to tell me that “due to security reasons” and that because there’s something wrong with my “IP address,” they won’t credit me because VPN AND PROXY SERVERS ARE PROHIBITED!
So, you’re tell me to start a trial for a VPN app, and then won’t credit because of it!!! HOLY BEEPING BEEP!!!
Did you file a ticket with adgate media while connected to the VPN? By the way, dont get upset because adgate media almost never credit tickets and if it was not for the vpn thing then they would have either ignored you or told you to wait a month to investigate and will never hear from them again!
They are not failing to credit you because you signed up for a VPN. They noticed odd behavior with you IP which relfects that you are using a proxy or a VPN to connect to Adgate. They have nothing to do with each other.
Never use a vpn on any of these services, they are soley for outside use. Your sharing that ip with thousands of others, some of those will be up to no good and the ip has been reported.
open a ticket and explain you accidently used the vpn, because your new, right!!

I don’t remember if I used my phone or my computer but the VPN is only on my phone since it was an app I had to install. I thought I wouldn’t be credited if I deleted the app right after I sent the ticket as most offers want you to stay on it for a bit. Argh.
Ugh don’t tell me that u/Kimo9015. I have two open tickets for them regarding final fantasy and Crystalborne. Both double SB and high value. 
I never used any VPN or proxy to connect to Adgate. The only thing I did was sign up for the free trial on this VPN app, which is what the offer told me to do.
It said to sign up for the free trial so that’s what I did.
Let’s hope things changed to the better and they credit people now
