When using Albania, for me, there were still some ads on the Home screen, but none in youtube, so if you just care about ad-free youtube, you can use Albania too
DNS workaround doesn’t work for this.

No idea why you’re getting down voted. PIA is just as good if not better than Nord. Nord just has a more stylish UI for the apps, and site, so it feels better.

Well you’re most likely right that most people prefer the stock launcher just because it’s what is shown on the box so its expected to look like that and I do understand that for most people Flauncher looks “boring”. For me since I own two Philips 4K TVs (the older one with Android and the newer one with Google), I like to debloat the hell out of them and make them as light (RAM usage) as possible since those TVs come with very crappy processors.
I would like to get the Nvidia shield but I need to find an OLED non-smart TV if they even exist 
using a VPN with RD is a ban reason, it’s in the ToS
