I’m using mudfish , is metered VPN , I only bought 1 USD of quota and after using it to play ptcgp for a week , I still have 0.99 USD left. (Only use to download the game and login , once I entered the game I turn off the VPN).

This might be a good advice but in Aussie, we have cashback apps like shopback and cash rewards. I got 95% off of the 2 yr plan for private internet access. $6 for 2 yrs. Insane deal and works flawlessly! So check if your region has any offers or cashback apps. Vpns usually have decent cashback offers on them.
