I’m not sure if there are Venezuelan offers on it (it launched only like 3 months ago) but yeah, it’s a P2P network and not a website so people can’t be excluded the same way a blockchain doesn’t exclude anyone. You could be the first to put up offers and if you tell others about it, it could be a great alternative to centralized P2P markets.
