It would totally depend on what country you live in. If you live in the US, then your ISP will not openly admit to recording internet traffic. Don’t get me wrong- they do. They do and they pass that information on to the NSA. But not to your parents.
Honestly, I have a fap-only laptop. I don’t visit porn sites on my gaming or work computers. Just this chromebook that has a powerwash feature in case I get something nasty with it, which is unlikely since it’s a Linux distro.

Correct, tor uses an encrypted tunnel to an anonymous 3rd party. ISP may be able to tell you’re connected through a private tunnel, but wouldn’t know anything about what’s inside that tunnel. Don’t sign into any sensitive accounts on tor though.
Another way you can go is a private VPN service like tunnel bear. Those cost money but have endpoints that are more trust worthy.
Dont go this route, its overkill, and you can easily get in a bind with LE when using TOR all it takes are a few curious clicks.

Well… not really. Your DNS provider will see that you are requesting the IP address that midgettits.reddit.com points to so they will know that. Then your ISP will see you connecting to that IP address. They will just look at the PSR record for that IP.
