Can we select individual cities?

I have Proton VPN Plus. Is there a map somewhere showing where these servers are? I want to connect to New York City and Los Angeles, but there are hundreds of US-NY#'s.

It’s not on the map. But in the app you can open the country you want to connect to (Countries, 3 dots next to the county on Android, or main screen on Windows app with the list of countries) and it will show you the full list of available cities and servers in each country. Then you can connect to any of them. I agree that having it on the map would be a lot easier.

Ya but they’re just random numbers. No idea where in New York State they are. I guess I need to switch to a different vpn that allows you to connect to specific cities.

I don’t think Proton or any other VPN service will disclose a physical address of each server on the map as open information. If you look at the server list I mentioned more attentively you’ll see that NY servers specify that they all belong to NYC, but I don’t know of any VPN can guarantee you that all servers are strictly placed within city borders. Web interface may say “Los Angeles” but physical servers may belong to the plant somewhere outside of LA while showing LA as a location.

Azire does actually disclose the exact address/server hall where their servers are located, but I suppose my/this comment is a little off-topic

Tbh I have never heard this name. But given that they have 2/5 rating on Techradar and 3.2/5 on GooglePlay I’m not sure I’d want to give it a try anyway.

Alright. I respect that. They have room for improvement. However, they offer port forwarding and for me, the speeds are better then Mullvad. Just saying haha
