I had signed up for successive two year / 30 month plans back in 2017 and 2019. My plan is about to renew in a month and I noticed it is only going to renew for one year for more than my two year plan cost. Can I cancel my auto renew and just buy the two year plan again when it expires?

In my experience, just ask them to cancel your Auto-Renew over the chat. It’s easier that way.
