Yep. They have one “fighting” channel which means that WWE, NJPW, RIZIN, K-1 and ONE will all have shows air in the same week in the same place. NOAH I think usually broadcast once per month.
as someone else pointed out in the comments, Abema is owned by both CyberAgent (Parent company to CyberFight and hence NOAH, DDT, TJPW) and TV Asahi which is a minority owner of NJPW too.
So WWE would never be able to claim exclusivity.

In Latin America, the shows are translated by the commentators on site. Watch a promo on a New Japan show with English commentary, it’s exactly the same.
Idk how it will work in Japan but in Brazil the commentators translate. This was also the case when AEW aired on Space.
I just wish they offered the option to switch to English, the people that are already fans want to hear the original commentary most of the time.
When Chris Charlton is on English commentary for New Japan and Japanese wrestlers are talking in the ring after their match, he’ll translate live on air. For post match backstage promos they are released the following day with English subtitles
Until their deals got nuked, you had both a dubbed and a subbed version of the weeklies, plus This Week subbed on Samurai TV and some local channels. Now, with this ABEMA deal, dubbed and on a same-day 11 hour delay.
