I’m looking for help with setting up an Outline VPN server. I set the server up using the instructions, and it works for a day (on multiple devices in multiple countries), yet on the next day both Outline Manager and clients lose connection to the server. After setting up the server again, it works for a day and then stops working the next day.
Here’s what I’ve done so far:
- Installed the Outline VPN to an AWS server in the UK using the instructions in the Outline Manager. Distributed keys to devices, everything worked.
- The next day the Client app did not work, all connections failed. The Outline Manager also seemed to not be able to connect to the server.
- Reinstalled Outline VPN to a new server. Changed the settings to Static IP address (my assumption was that the changing IP address caused the problem).
- The next day it connections failed again. I searched for diagnostics tools and similar problems, came up empty.
