There were fewer servers connecting on the du network starting a few months ago, however secure core via Switzerland worked. As of today, the number has gone down so low it’s difficult to find something that actually connects. So far I’ve only had success with Cyprus and Estonia.
Any suggestions?
It seems that the UAE has recently hardened the restrictions. Try ‘Quick Connect’ first. If that doesn’t work, try switching to the Stealth protocol (https://protonvpn.com/blog/stealth-vpn-protocol). If you’re on Windows or Linux, you can try the OpenVPN - TCP protocol instead.
Where are you connecting from man? For me it works just fine, all of them are available.
I have the same issue. For now Sweden, Chile, Peru, Cyprus, New Zealand, Finland and Estonia are working (stealth protocol)
Just an update, everything seems to be working again now.
None of the recommended solutions seem to work. You guys are on the verge of losing me as a customer. It seems like 99% of the servers are unusable at this point.
And this problem is specific to the du network. Everything still works fine on Etisalat. Not sure what each of them is doing differently.

Everything works on my office/mobile Etisalat networks.
What were you doing at the time? I tried the same suggestions mentioned above, but it still works intermittently.

Have you tried switching between multiple different server, or maybe a Secure Core server, to see if this helps?
Same here. I’m really getting upset with them. It’s been months now, yet NordVPN works without issues.
I had no luck. Eventually cancelled my subscription and moved to another provider.
Connected via Wire guard usually. Nearly all countries seem to work. This is on Etisalat mobile data/home/business.
Du mobile data still seems to be having issues. I connect via Cyprus or Iceland. Those still work.
Tried nearly all of the visible options. There are a few country servers that do work, but the number seems to be dwindling, making it really difficult to find one that works.
ProtonVPN works great on Etisalat but not at all on Du
