Need to access dark web but only have iPad any advice or recommendations for the best IPad IOS App to use?
Unless you’re using it to circumvent a YouTube ban or similar I highly discourage using a mobile device to access the TOR network. It isn’t safe afaik.
I suggest you read Tor at the Heart: Onion Browser (and more iOS Tor) | The Tor Project, especially the ‘Challenges on iOS’ part. Depending on what you need Tor for and who you want to protect yourself from, you can then decide if you should use Tor on iOS or not.
Get a proper computer
Get a proper Laptop or Secure android OS.
You can use Graphene OS for mobile
Then use the TOR app with a VPN and a proxy to enter the dark web
Throw the Idevices in the trash and get better tech thats the only good advice

No worries mate, order yourself a raspberry pi4 for about 35 and grab a micro sd card. It is a single board computer that you can use on open WiFi (for bloody sake don’t be a noob and go off your own ip) and if it feels like the fuzz is smelling your rotten deeds smash it and toss it and Robert’s your mothers brother. If you can’t make sense of this do yourself a favor and put your smash helmet on and get back the small bus before you end up making a mess of your life more than you did when you decided to go Mac .
I’ve actually heard that there is no evidence that shows that tor is less secure on mobile as long as you aren’t just rawdogging it and instead you are using ample security measures for whatever mobile OS is being used
Make sure to buy one with your credit card and don’t worry about encryption that shit is overrated
