so since yesterday night I can not connect to the UK with nord vpn browser extension on mozzila. I rebooted my modem and it seemed to fix the problem but doesn’t work today. The pc app works and it connects to the UK but hate using it cause that meens all your connection is UK and some sites don’t work then.
Same thing is happening to me on the Browser Extension it takes quite a few attempts to get connected to a UK Server, keep getting the message Couldn’t connect, We are Trying again, which is shortly followed by Couldn’t connect, please try again later! I try a US server and it seems to connect within one or two attempts.
Main Nord App seems OK its just the browser extension and like everyone else the problem started on 13th August!
i’m having the exact same problem, the desktop and mobile apps work, but the browser versions on chrome, firefox and brave are refusing to connect to london servers
If the extension doesnt connect then try turining off killswitch.
If the extension says its connected but you get no connection, just have to keep reconnecting or restart the browser.
There was a period when Nord’s extension was pretty good but since last year it has became garbage again. Too bad.
Already tried twice, have no ad blockers. Had problems like 2 weeks ago with UK ITV not streaming with VPN and wrote to them and we tried anything and nothing wrked then all of a sudden it just satred working and since yesterday night the UK vpn is not connecting for some reason. I reboted modem and it started working again last night but today that solution doesn not work.
Will I again have to just wait till the problems fixex itself…
I have been having the same problem with UK servers all day today again, I am currently in conversation with someone at Nord via email, not sure how helpful they are going to be.
